My expertise is in enterprise AI and data systems — helping companies turn fragmented data, complex integrations, and compliance requirements into product systems that actually work at scale. I lead with a strong customer focus, using compliance and safety standards as a lens to guide what gets built, what ships, and what "done" really means.

Pharma & Life Sciences AI — Led product strategy and GTM for 50+ conversational AI and NLU-powered voice and chat products across global top-50 life sciences companies including Bayer, Moderna, Merck, and Eli Lilly — including adverse event detection and pharmacovigilance-integrated deployments. Full FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance.

Enterprise Data Platforms — At Genesys Cloud, owned product strategy and roadmap across the Customer Data and Custom Data Management layer as one of the founding PMs on the Event Data Platform — serving 6,000+ enterprise customers including Uber, Humana, and IKEA. That customer data foundation and identity resolution layer powers CX experiences across Genesys AI products: Predictive Routing, Virtual Agent, and Agent Copilot.

Aerospace — Aerospace Project Engineer before product. Led HW/SW integration testing and safety-critical software certification for F-22, F-35, C-17, and Airbus A350 Environmental Control Systems under DO-178B and ARP4754A. Available for eVTOL and advanced air mobility AI product engagements.
